📝 How we write
Pawped's breed guides, care plans, and calculators are AI-drafted using widely-published breed-registry data (AKC, TICA, FCI, CFA) as source material, then reviewed by a human editor before publication. We do not present any of this content as veterinary medical advice. For anything health-related we link to licensed telehealth providers and encourage a call to your vet.
We are actively recruiting a licensed DVM or RVT reviewer to formally sign off on care and health-adjacent content. Until that role is filled, we publish no diagnostic content. You can read the full editorial policy on our editorial standards page.
